A photo, a signature, or both — plus a one-time code your recipient reads out at the door. Receipts keep the proof for six months.

Distance is measured straight-line between the two addresses, so the price you see is the price you pay — traffic and detours are ours to absorb, not yours.

$5.00 per parcel at pickup, up to 10 sealed parcels in one run.
+$3.00 to carry it to the unit door instead of handing over at the curb.
$5.00 flat if the driver waits more than five minutes. Minimum charge $5.00.
Cancel free up to 30 minutes before your pickup window — after that the fee plus $5.00.
HST 13% is its own line. Card only, and tips go to the driver in full.

Distance is measured straight-line between your two addresses and falls into a fixed tier — $5 up to 10 km, then $10, $15, $22, and $30 beyond 40 km with $8 for each extra 10 km. Add $5.00 per parcel at pickup and $3.00 if you want it taken to the door. HST 13% is shown separately, so nothing appears on your card that you did not see first.
